Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. How billing works

Paid access is a monthly subscription, charged per product. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price is shown before you subscribe, and confirmed in the checkout.

Purchases are sold and invoiced by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC) as Merchant of Record. Refunds are therefore issued through Lemon Squeezy, to the payment method you used.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no notice period.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and stops on that date. We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a month that has already started, other than in the cases in section 4.

To cancel: open the Lemon Squeezy customer portal from your account page, sign in with the email address you used at checkout, and cancel the subscription there. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

3. The 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

Because access to the paid features is granted immediately when you subscribe, you are asked at checkout to expressly request that immediate performance and to acknowledge that, once access has been granted, you lose that 14-day right of withdrawal. This follows Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you would rather keep the withdrawal right, do not consent at checkout, and contact us instead.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described.

4. When we do refund

Regardless of the above, we will refund you in these situations:

• A technical fault on our side prevented you from meaningfully using what you paid for, and we could not fix it in reasonable time.
• You were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a cancellation had taken effect.
• We materially reduce what a paid subscription provides during a period you have already paid for, and you cancel because of it.

5. Goodwill

Beyond the cases above we handle requests case by case and in good faith. If you subscribed and quickly concluded the tool is not right for you, write to us and say so.

6. How to ask

Email info@neuvosight.com from the address on the subscription, telling us which product and roughly when you subscribed. We aim to answer within two business days, and approved refunds are normally returned by Lemon Squeezy within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
